Shows: Awkward.

     Okay, this is the last MTV review...I promise! I might start regularly covering The Inbetweeners, because it's so good, but maybe not. I'm kind of lazy. Anyways, this next one has been growing in popularity and I can definitely see why. It's called Awkward. and it follows Jenna Hamilton and her life. It's kind of awkward in a way but yeah...
     The first season I must admit is far better than the second season. The second season kind of just follows Jenna trying to decide between Jake or Matty and it kind of gets annoying. The show is overall funny and well-acted. The characters are pretty cool too. The only thing that bugs me about it is that the characters underage drink. That really pisses me off. I mean is it so hard waiting just a few years? God, at least MTV knows how regular teenagers are. The other thing that bugs me is that Jenna has premarital sex. It's not too much of a problem though since she claims she "loves" them, even though it is high school. Also, the thing that I find awkward is...do they really have sex? Like it shows it and it obviously looks real, but...
     So anyways, time to wrap up this short little review. The final show score is an A-, overall a really great show, but it can sometimes well...be awkward. Not sure if that's the point or what...but anyways, it's been renewed for a third season of 20 episodes, as the second season pulled in great ratings for MTV. Check it out if you haven't, it airs Thursday at something I don't know 10. MTV by the way.
